ANTI SPAM POLICY

No. 051 54 928, with its registered office at Donska 1554/12, Prague 101 00, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 259018 (“Convertingteam.com”) is an online network working upon software solution of the ConvertingTeam.com, that enables connection of product owners with partners registered to the online network, that promote these products.
Convertingteam.com is doing its best to ensure, that none of registered partners will promote the product by an incorrect way. Therefore, we have a zero tolerance for sending spam and unsolicited emails, and we prohibit the use of third-party, purchased, rented, or harvested lists. Any registered partner’s account found to be sending spam will be closed immediately. The same may apply in case there is a relevant suspicion of sending spam.
Convertingteam.com takes several steps to keep abuse to a minimum. Among other things, we:
- Interview new registered partners about both the origins of their mailing lists and their marketing practices. ConvertingTeam.com will not further cooperate with registered partners, who do not meet our standards.
- Immediately open an investigation if we receive an abuse complaint to our support address or through one of the feedback loops we maintain with many Internet and Email Service Providers.
Report Spam
Convertingteam.com is a network with thousands registered partners who can promote advertisers’ products submitted to the network. All Convertingteam.com partners are prohibited from using our services in conjunction with any form of network abuse, spamming, spyware, denial of service, or other illegal activity. Sending any email to purchased lists or lists obtained by any other method is not acceptable. Convertingteam.com registered partners may only send email to recipients who have joined mailing lists directly from their own website(s).
